We exist to bridge the gap between challenges and solutions by offering support, resources, and opportunities that help individuals and families move forward. Through compassion, community, and commitment, we work to uplift lives, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change.
Our founder, Pach Bill Pach, was born in war-torn South Sudan. Forced to leave home, he and his family found safety in a refugee camp in Uganda, where life was marked by uncertainty, resilience, and hope.
Through determination and perseverance, Pach earned a basketball scholarship to the United States. What once seemed impossible became a path to education and opportunity. Now in college, he is pursuing his dream of becoming a pilot while continuing to build a better future for himself and those around him.
Today, Pach is committed to giving back — and LifeBridge Aid grew out of that commitment. His journey stands as an example of courage, strength, and possibility: proof that no matter where someone begins, they can rise and make a lasting difference for others.

School fees, exam costs, and supplies for primary and secondary students — with a focus on keeping girls in school, athletic scholarships for standout student-athletes, and pathways into vocational training.
All sports — not just one game — used to build skills, mentorship, relationships, and discipline in youth throughout the community.
LifeBridge Sports is a program of LifeBridge Aid that uses basketball, soccer, volleyball and track to build skills, mentorship, discipline and lasting relationships among youth.
The LifeBridge Classic is the first event from LifeBridge Sports. More than a basketball tournament, it's a place where young athletes grow in skill, discipline and leadership, and where every game supports our mission of bridging purpose and possibility. Players, volunteers, sponsors and fans are all welcome.

LifeBridge Chess is a youth chess tournament from LifeBridge Sports. Chess builds focus, patience, strategy and confidence, and it is open to young players of every skill level, from first-time beginners to experienced competitors. Players, volunteers, sponsors and families are all welcome.

Originally from South Sudan and raised in Uganda, he studies Accounting in the U.S. and serves as Treasurer of LifeBridge Aid, bringing that same discipline to managing the organization's finances and supporting its mission of lasting impact.
"I am Alier Pech Alier Jongroor, a student athlete at Uganda Christian University, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science. I combine my background in Computer Science and my passion for basketball to drive meaningful community impact. I bring technical problem-solving, strategic thinking and team leadership to create practical efficient solutions for social change. Driven by a desire to empower others, I thrive on bringing people together whether through innovative projects or on the basketball court to build stronger communities and achieve shared goals."
