Illuminating ikigai — bridging purpose and possibility.

We walk alongside South Sudanese families and youth in East Africa with compassionate support and practical resources, so that purpose has a path forward.

Our Mission

Purpose finds its footing when people have what they need to build it.

LifeBridge Aid empowers South Sudanese communities in East Africa by providing compassionate support, practical resources, and meaningful solutions that strengthen families, uplift youth, and bring hope to those facing adversity.

Vision. We envision a future where South Sudanese communities in East Africa are empowered, connected, and resilient, with access to the opportunities and support needed to thrive in dignity and hope.

We exist to bridge the gap between challenges and solutions by offering support, resources, and opportunities that help individuals and families move forward. Through compassion, community, and commitment, we work to uplift lives, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change.

"Illuminating Ikigai: Bridging Purpose and Possibility"
Our Story

A founder's journey.

Our founder, Pach Bill Pach, was born in war-torn South Sudan. Forced to leave home, he and his family found safety in a refugee camp in Uganda, where life was marked by uncertainty, resilience, and hope.

Through determination and perseverance, Pach earned a basketball scholarship to the United States. What once seemed impossible became a path to education and opportunity. Now in college, he is pursuing his dream of becoming a pilot while continuing to build a better future for himself and those around him.

Today, Pach is committed to giving back — and LifeBridge Aid grew out of that commitment. His journey stands as an example of courage, strength, and possibility: proof that no matter where someone begins, they can rise and make a lasting difference for others.

Our Approach

Small organization. Direct relationships. No layers between gift and family.
